DA is doing everything to clear out these robotic accounts and if you see on to report them. This may not include all accounts that don't have activity on them, but I do advise blocking those people as well because if there is no activity on the account it violates DA Terms of Service. The ones that DA is concerned about is robotic accounts that links to sex accounts which is in high violation to the COPA. Please read the journal.
